Trust Revaro is primarily a managed service providing website design, hosting, management and ongoing support together. However, under certain circumstances, we may be able to prepare and transfer your website files to you. This is considered on a case-by-case basis because transferability depends on the platforms, tools and third-party services used to build the website. Where a transfer is possible, a one-off fee will usually apply to cover preparing, packaging and handing over the website. We will always confirm whether a transfer is possible and explain any costs before proceeding.

We will create a complete website concept within 7 days based on the information you provide in the onboarding form. You'll be able to review the design, request changes, and make sure it meets your expectations without any upfront cost. Only once you approve the concept and decide to move forward will we send you a payment link to activate your chosen subscription package and make the website live.

Both packages include ongoing changes without a fixed monthly allowance. Essential covers minor changes whenever required; substantial changes, new functionality or a redesign may require an agreed one-off fee. Growth includes unlimited change requests, including larger changes and redesigns, together with agreed browser-based website tools such as booking systems. It also includes practical SEO guidance and support around the website’s content and technical foundations, but not a full managed SEO campaign or guaranteed rankings. Separate websites, standalone mobile apps, paid third-party services and work outside the agreed website may still be quoted separately. We'll always confirm any additional cost before chargeable work begins.

Trust Revaro uses trusted third-party hosting platforms, including Hostinger, to build and host client websites. We handle the setup, hosting management, technical maintenance, and ongoing support, so you do not need to manage the technical side yourself.

No. Domain registration and management are not automatically included in either website package. They are available as an optional add-on and quoted separately because the cost can vary considerably depending on the domain name and extension. If you already own a domain, we can discuss connecting or managing it as part of the service.

Yes. Trust Revaro primarily provides website design, management and ongoing support through our monthly packages, but we can also build standalone websites for a one-off fee. Once completed, the website can be packaged for you to host or use elsewhere. The price will depend on the size, functionality and handover requirements of the project, so this will be discussed and agreed with you before any work begins. Ongoing hosting, maintenance and support are not included unless agreed separately.
